Frank Ingham was born to be a successful entrepreneur. He grew up watching his father run multiple thriving small businesses in Creston B.C. and learned the fundamental principles of honesty, hard work, and exceptional customer service that are essential to building prosperous businesses over time.

After completing high school, Frank obtained a Degree in Business Administration and Education, and his Real Estate Agent’s license, which, combined with his father’s principles, proved to be invaluable in his own business dealings.

Real Estate Business and Development have always been Frank's passion. In the '70s and 80's, he developed, marketed, and sold real estate from Whistler to the Sunshine Coast, and he had a keen eye for identifying potential in land and converting it into luxury real estate. He focused on homes, land, waterfront, view lots, and acreages. When interest rates reached an all-time high in the mid-80s, Frank moved to Vancouver to pursue a business career. He didn't just locate and lease 24 commercial locations for a chain of hair salons, but he also owned a flourishing wholesale business for 28 years, supplying tanning equipment and products. The company grew to become one of the largest in Canada, and Frank honed his sales and negotiation skills, helping hundreds of clients establish new businesses, creating marketing and training programs, and teaching them how to focus on their bottom line.

In 2011, after selling his wholesale company, Frank knew it was time to return to his roots and turn his passion for real estate into a career again. He developed personal vacation properties for his family and learned the value that a property can provide by bringing people together for life's celebrations and memories.

Frank has always believed that the key to success is taking care of people. He takes the time to listen, offers excellent customer service, and provides detailed follow-up. From CEO's and movie stars to first-time homeowners, Frank has sold properties and products to people from all walks of life, and all would gladly work with him again.

Frank divides his time between his homes in West Vancouver, Pemberton, and the Sunshine Coast, connecting urban and rural buyers and sellers experiencing transitional stages of their lives. Whether seeking a return on investment, a second home, downsizing, or making a shift, Frank helps his clients realize happiness and success in their real estate ventures.
