2022 Winter Recreational Property Report

Blog by Frank Ingham | December 6th, 2022

Royal LePage just released their 2022 Winter Recreational Property Forecast.

As most of us know, the real estate industry news has shifted to expectations of a price dip across the country for 2023.

While demand for properties in Whistler and Pemberton remains strong, although muted compared to last year, buyers have more choice and more time to sign a deal as inventory continues to increase along with the average days on the market. If you like numbers, you might find the Forecast Report below interesting. While it does not list Pemberton, I imagine Pemberton will follow Whistler trends for 2023.

Royal LePage interviewed me for the report, as they do several times each year. Here it is.
