2023 Investors National Report

Results of the Royal LePage 2023 Real Estate Investors Report were just released. The report includes data and insights into Canada’s national and regional investor markets. An online survey of 1003 Canadians 18+, who own one or more residential investment properties, was completed between March 2, 2023, and March 17, 2023, using Leger’s online panel. Answers to the question “Do you own one or more residential investment properties (not including renting out a portion of your primary residence)?” were collected from an online survey of overall Canadians with a base of 10,021 respondents.
