Good Morning Everyone,
Hoping everyone is enjoying both a productive and relaxing summer.
We recently went through the exercise of measuring the brokerage’s productivity mid-way through the year; and the results were terrific. So terrific that we wanted to share them with you so that you can use them in your listing presentations, etc.
When we ended last year and did our volume graph for 2024 market share, when compared against 16 other North Shore brokerages in our market, we held a commanding market share of 26.4%.
I can tell you today, per MLS statistics, that in 2025, through July 31st, we have built that market share up to 27.4% when compared against the same 16 brokerages.
So let me just say to one and all: very well done. As you know, we love to celebrate all of our individual award winners every year, but to see what you have achieved as a team is truly phenomenal.
