Pemberton Commercial and Development Update

Blog by Frank Ingham | July 31st, 2026

Pemberton’s commercial and development market continues to show steady activity in 2026.

Several industrial properties have sold so far this year, with a combined value of just over $4.1 million and an average sale price of approximately $1.37 million. Sales range from a 0.48-acre industrial lot at $949,000 to improved properties trading between $1.25 million and $1.9 million.

What stands out is the continued demand for well-located industrial land and flexible commercial space. Buyers are looking closely at usable site area, existing buildings, servicing, access and future development potential. With a limited supply of commercial and industrial property in Pemberton, strong opportunities continue to attract attention.

Pricing remains property-specific. The difference between vacant land, strata space and improved sites can be significant. For owners considering a sale, understanding current demand and positioning the property properly remain critical.
